Things To Note

  • The Oddity Forge is not looking for the next Steven Spielberg. We do not require someone with 10 years of experience in the film and TV industry. We are after someone who is keen to learn and grow, and who is passionate about YouTube and the Creator Economy as a whole.

  • Even if you think you don't tick all the boxes, please apply anyway. This is a new role without much or a rule book so there is no reason why we cannot help develop the perfect candidate. If you want it enough and are willing to work hard, tell us.

  • As The Oddity Forge is a new business, the current place of work is in a studio room in the managing director's home, just outside of Dorking, Surrey. We will however look to move to offices near by later in the year as the business progresses.

If you think that you are perfect for this position, or you are a hard and passionate worker who is willing to learn, please email us a CV and links to your previous video work to info@theoddityforge.com, with the subject "YouTube Video Producer Application". Please don't faff around with cover letters, just tell us a bit about yourself in the body of the email.
